OMG…have I got BIG news!

If you know me at all…then you’ll realize that when I retired from driving a big city bus in Vancouver, I didn’t slow down at all. Every winter my partner Michele and I have gone off to explore different parts of the world. And, of course, every summer I’ve enjoyed meeting, driving and entertaining (I call myself a transportainment expert) thousands of people on the Hummingbird Pub Bus on Galiano Island BC. If you haven’t been on it…please come as 2020 will be my LAST summer driving that magical bus. 

But that’s not the REALLY BIG news. I’m not leaving my magical summer gig to rest on my laurels (whatever they are). We are creating a BIGGER splash. We are launching a private club just for bus drivers. If you have been keeping up with the news, then you may already know that big city bus drivers are some of the most depressed and stressed people in any profession. So, I couldn’t just stand by. I had to do something about it. 

Bus Drivers on a Mission Club is exclusively for bus drivers (tram, trolley, school, tour…they are all public transit drivers). We will offer a series of amazing courses, monthly interviews with remarkable drivers from around the world and an international forum where drivers can share their frustrations and joys with others who understand what they are going through. The purpose is to inspire drivers to be less stressed and more in their joy. If you are a bus driver or know of any, please tell them about this remarkable new opportunity.
